On November 4, 2014, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 1,290 out of 3,283 examinees passed the first ever Board Licensure Examination for Psychologists and Psychometricians (BLEPP) that was held from October 28-29, 2014. The national passing rate was pegged at 39.29%.
